2BOOM is a music community for people who make music and people who love it. It's a place to start a jam with musicians anywhere, pass tracks back and forth until they're finished, and share what you make with people who care about sound as much as you do. You'll find it at 2boom.com.

Why we're building 2BOOM
Music has always been a group activity. Bands, choirs, drum circles, crews passing a mic around, friends arguing over the aux cord. Somewhere along the way, a lot of music-making became solitary: one person, one laptop, headphones on.
The tools got incredible. The connection didn't keep up. Most places online either let you post music or sell it. Very few are built for making it together.
2BOOM exists to close that gap. The name says it: two sources, one sound. The two O's in our logo are two speakers side by side, because the best music usually comes from more than one person.
What you'll be able to do on 2BOOM
Jam
Start a session and play live with other musicians, wherever they are. Bring a guitar, a keyboard, a beat, a voice. Jam with friends, or find new people who play what you play.
Mix
Share stems, remix each other's work, and finish tracks together. Producers, beatmakers, songwriters and vocalists can each add their piece without emailing files around for weeks.
Share
Put your music in front of an audience that actually makes music. Get real feedback, find collaborators, and discover new music from independent creators.
